Wat is de beste dagcrème voor de oudere huid?

De Consumentenbond heeft in 2024 een onderzoek uitgevoerd naar de beste dagcrème voor de oudere huid. Hierbij hebben ze 30 vrouwen onderzocht met een leeftijd tussen de 30 en 71 jaar. Vier weken lang hebben zij op de ene helft van hun gezicht een standaard crème gesmeerd en op de andere helft één van de crèmes uit de test. Nadat het onderzoek klaar was werd er met een 3D-analyse van de huid en een corneometer (een apparaat dat kan zien of de huid goed is gehydrateerd) gekeken wat het effect was. Uit het onderzoek kwamen slechts twee crèmes die erin slaagden om de huid zichtbaar gladder te maken. Eén daarvan is de Eucerin Hyaluron-Filler Dagcrème die ik ook heb opgenomen in deze lijst, namelijk op de 3de plek. De andere crème die ook had gewonnen is Lidl’s Cien Q10 Anti-wrinkle Day Cream.

Een dagcrème voor de oudere huid is niet de enige stap die je kan zetten naar een jonger uitziende huid. Zo kun je voordat je je dagcrème aanbrengt, ook de beste serum voor de oudere huid gebruiken. Een serum werkt net iets anders als een dagcrème. Het is vaak de eerste stap van je skincare routine om de huid te hydrateren. Een serum heeft een vloeibare substantie en bevatten vaak een hogere concentratie actieve ingrediënten. Dat maakt serums effectiever in het aanpakken van specifieke huidproblemen, zoals fijne lijntjes en pigmentvlekken. Crèmes hebben een rijkere en dikkere structuur die voornamelijk vochtinbrengende stoffen, vetten en oliën bevatten. Het grootste voordeel van het gebruiken van crèmes, is dat deze een barrière op de huid vormen om vocht vast te houden.

Public transportation: Doloris is a 15-minute walk from Utrecht Central Station and Utrecht Zuilen.

Anreise nach Utrecht

Nach Utrecht kommt man sehr gut mit dem Zug. Das Bahnsystem in Holland ist sehr gut ausgebaut und man kommt schnell und einfach von einer Stadt zu anderen.

Von Amsterdam nach Utrecht verkehren etwa alle 10-20 Minuten Züge. Die Fahrt dauert nur etwa 30 Minuten und kostet 7,50 Euro, sodass du von Amsterdam einfach auch einen Tagesausflug nach Utrecht unternehmen kannst. Auch nach Rotterdam ist es von Utrecht aus nicht weit und die Stadt hat übrigens auch einige sehr schöne Sehenswürdigkeiten zu bieten.

Die aktuelle Fahrtzeiten kannst du auf der Website der holländischen Bahn checken. Leider kann man Tickets online nur mit einem holländischen Bankkonto buchen. An den Automaten im Bahnhof bekommst du aber ganz einfach ein Ticket. Das Ticket musst du vor dem Betreten des Bahnhofs an den Zugangsschranken entwerten.

What are magic mushrooms?

Magic mushrooms are simply put wild mushrooms with hallucinogenic effects. The naturally occurring psychedelic found in the mushroom is known as psilocybin. Truffles are the compound in the earth where the mushrooms grow from above the earth.
