I've purchased from this company before…

I've purchased from this company before many times. Some products are amazing, some really overpriced especially their small perfume bottles, others not so good and others not good at all. Ok, why the two stars? I asked for samples of several perfumes to be sent to me only to be shipped and billed all the perfumes.

The reason I am asking for samples is to see if I like the perfumes in order to buy them because it's dumb to send a customer a brand new perfume for them to open it smell and return it if they don't like it. That's wasted items there.

Another thing I have found really annoying is that items that smelled amazing are no longer available for purchase and thirdly, why would you issue a cheque and send it via post to a customer in 2021?

The customer service is ok in that they processed a refund but via cheque? Come on. Didn't even ask me if this was my preferred method of refund. Then to be sent whole bottles of perfumes and then having to return them cus the agent didn't understand what a sample is.

After weighing the pros and the cons of dealing with this company I don't think I'll ever buy from here again. Their marketing is really good they always catch me with their promotions but the items I like are never there.

Til I see the items I like, I'll never come back here again.

Skin care I can count on

I've been ordering from Yves Rocher Canada for a few years. I love their catalogs (except there is no scratch and sniff for scents), their sales, the little samples that come with each order. I like the fact that they reward loyal customers with free gifts usually of our choice or a choice of items based on our purchase history.

I'm very fond of their Sebo Vegetal, Elixir 7.9, and Hydra Vegetal line of products. Finally my face gets along with something, instead of breaking out all over with allergies to whatever. I sometimes order products to ship to my mom as well, as they do not have a PT site. My husband will not use any other shower gels nor body scrub other than Yves Rocher. Too bad they don't have the pear one anymore, it was his favorite.

  Collistar Magic Drops review

  De Collistar Magic Drops beloven je een huid die als door magie een goudbruine kleur heeft gekregen. Binnen een uur zou je een bruine teint op moeten bouwen alsof je een dagje naar het strand bent geweest. Voor deze flacon van 30 ml betaal je iets meer dan 30 euro. De verpakking voelt stevig aan en is niet zomaar kapot te krijgen. Dat én het formaat maken dat je ze ook nog eens makkelijk mee kunt nemen op reis.

  Het pipetje waarmee je de druppels aanbrengt is erg fijn en werkt secuur. Je kunt de druppels makkelijk doseren en met je dagcrème mengen. Het zal je niet snel gebeuren dat er te veel uit komt.

  Toen ik de Collistar Magic Drops voor het eerst gebruikte schrok ik nogal, wat een heftige bruine kleur zeg! De geur is trouwens niet zoals je van een zelfbruiner verwacht. Meestal hebben deze producten een hele typische chemische geur maar de Collistar Magic Drops ruiken heerlijk.
  

  Zorg dat je huid droog en gereinigd is voordat je het product aanbrengt. Ik meng meestal een druppel of 3/4 met mijn dagcrème in mijn handpalm. Vind je het eng? Begin dan gewoon met twee kleine druppeltjes. Zo kun je het opbouwen naar de hoeveelheid die op jouw huid het mooiste resultaat geeft. Je kunt nu je dagcrème net zo aanbrengen als je gewend bent. Natuurlijk moet je wel even opletten dat je geen grote stukken mist. Maar geloof me, doordat de zelfbruiner gemengd is met je dagcrème hoef je hem niet heel secuur aan te brengen. Let er wel op dat je na het aanbrengen je handen wast om vlekken te voorkomen.
