Hoe lang kan je beautyproducten bewaren?

Bij beautyproducten hangt de houdbaarheidsdatum het meest vaak af van het moment dat je het product voor het eerst opent en begrint te gebruiken. Achterop of onderop de meeste beautyproducten zie je een tekentje van een potje met deksel (het PAO-symbool, Period After Opening) waarop een getal + M staat. Dit staat voor het aantal maanden dat het product na opening gebruikt kan worden en kan je goed als richtlijn gebruiken. Maar hier zomaar vanuit gaan is eigenlijk zonde van je producten. Want als je deze altijd goed donker en koel opgeborgen hebt staan, kan je ook je ogen en neus gebruiken, Is een product verkleurd? Ruikt het anders dan het oorspronkelijk deed?
