Last summer, the Duchess was diagnosed with breast cancer during a routine mammogram, undergoing a single mastectomy, six months later, she was found to have malignant melanoma.
In an exclusive interview with HELLO! earlier this month, Sarah revealed she is "feeling better than ever" following a difficult year.
Although the Duchess has been told by her doctors that she shouldn't use the phrase "cancer-free" and is having regular check-ups for any recurrence, the outlook is positive.
"I have to be checked regularly and I have to put cream on my face to get out past sun damage, which means big blisters on my face, chest and hands for three weeks. But I'm not doing immunotherapy, taking any drugs or doing chemotherapy, for which I'm very grateful," Sarah told HELLO!
Speaking about her incredibly close bond with her daughters, Beatrice and Eugenie, and her grandchildren, Sienna Mapelli Mozzi, two, and three-year-old August Brooksbank and his one-year-old brother Ernest, the Duchess added: "I have the most exceptional family and I have an extraordinarily great team and I have an enormous ability to turn to joy."

Princess Beatrice has spoken out for the first time about her mother, Sarah Ferguson's cancer scare during her debut live TV interview on Monday's This Morning.
The 35-year-old appeared on the show from New York City's Empire State Building to discuss her charity, Outward Bound, but the conversation turned personal when she shared an update on her mother's health.
Sarah, Duchess of York, was diagnosed with malignant melanoma in January, just six months after treatment for breast cancer and undergoing breast reconstruction surgery.
After being asked about Sarah's health by hosts Josie Gibson and Craig Doyle, Beatrice was full of praise for her mother.
"She's such a phenomenal icon. As a mum she's been amazing, she's been through so much and her sense of purpose and resilience really keeps me going," Beatrice proudly said.
Sharing the good news that Sarah is now "all clear", Beatrice continued: "She's doing really well. She's had a bumpy health scare last year but all clear now. At 64 she's thriving, she's been through so much, but I think really now she's coming into her own."
Stressing the importance of regular screening, she added: "We're just reminded when any parent or individual has a health scenario, just really get the checks that you need to get as early as you possibly can.

Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson might have divorced almost 30 years ago, but the Duke and Duchess of York continue to share a close bond and the former couple live together at Royal Lodge, a £30 million property in the heart of Windsor Great Park in Berkshire.
Prince Andrew and Sarah, both 64, have lived at the royal residence since 2004 when his late mother, Queen Elizabeth II, granted the Duke to lease to the property the year prior, under the expectation that renovations would be undertaken to "repair, renew, uphold, clean and keep in repair and where necessary rebuild" the home.
More recently, Andrew's brother, King Charles, is said to be applying pressure on him to vacate the property and instead move to nearby residency, Frogmore Cottage, the former home of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
Royal Lodge, a 19th-century Grade-II listed building, sits on 90 acres of land and has more than 30 rooms, including seven bedrooms and a saloon. But we rarely get a glimpse inside the home.
One room we never get to see is their family living room.
